$175/Session (45 minutes)

$200/Session (60 minutes)

Insurances Accepted: Horizon BCBS, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, UHC, Aetna.

I am also happy to serve as an out-of-network provider. This requires that you contact your insurance company first to find out about your out-of-network coverage. You will pay for each session in full. Then I will provide you with the documents you need, on a monthly basis, to receive the approved reimbursement from your insurance company.
